When you register as a patient, you provide consent for our doctors and staff to access and use your information to deliver high-quality healthcare. Additional uses will require separate consent.

A $50 administration fee may apply

9. Children and Privacy
Access to a child’s health records may be limited to protect the child's privacy. This is guided by legal requirements and the GP’s professional judgment.
10. Data Retention

Records are kept for 7 years from last entry, or until age 25 for children
11. Making a Privacy Complaint
