If you experience any respiratory symptoms, we kindly ask that you undergo a COVID RAT or PCR test within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you receive a negative RAT result and wear a face mask, you may proceed with an in-person appointment. Alternatively, if you're an existing patient, you may qualify for a telehealth appointment. Please consult with our staff for additional details.

Please note that our medical practitioners do not handle workers' compensation or insurance claims/certificates. We are here to provide comprehensive and personalised healthcare services to our valued patients and the local community.

We operate as a mixed billing practice to ensure the sustained operation of our services without succumbing to financial constraints. We appreciate your understanding and support,  recognizing the challenges associated with maintaining a medical practice under the current Medicare benefits structure.

Please take note of our revised fees effective from January 2024. Notably, starting from October 9, 2023, all telehealth services/appointments, whether conducted through video or audio, will incur a gap fee. This change applies to all patients, regardless of age or concession card status. We appreciate your cooperation and value your continued support as we navigate these adjustments to uphold the quality and accessibility of our medical services.

**Updated Information:**

Regrettably, we are currently unable to administer booster doses for the COVID vaccine. For assistance, kindly reach out to your local pharmacy or contact the National Coronavirus Hotline to locate centers providing COVID vaccine booster doses near you.

​

Our centrally located facility offers ample onsite parking, conveniently situated with pharmacy nearby. Pathology and radiology centres are also available in the vicinity should they be required.
